Hospice & home health staffing, Georgia

Your open RN lines, filled by nurses who actually show up.

We recruit registered nurses across metro Atlanta and the counties around it, check every license, and put them in front of your hiring manager. Nothing is owed until one of them starts.

  • No retainer
  • Flat fee on the start date
  • 30-day replacement guarantee
  • Licenses checked on Nursys

Six things are true about every nurse we send you.

A name off a job board is not a candidate. Your director of nursing should be spending the afternoon interviewing, not calling numbers that go dead.

  • An active Georgia RN license

Checked against the Nursys registry before you hear the name. Nobody gets through on a self-report.

  • Close enough to drive it

Within about 30 miles of the ZIPs you cover, so the commute doesn't kill the hire in month two.

  • Free to start inside 30 days

Ready to work, not idly browsing.

  • A year or more at the bedside

Hospice and home-health history gets flagged when they have it.

  • Screened by a person

We text or call every one of them and confirm they want the work.

  • Expecting your call

They have agreed to be sent to your agency, so your first call isn't a cold one.

How the work actually goes.

1

Tell us what's open

The ZIPs you cover and the lines you need filled. Case managers, admissions, on-call, PRN. One conversation, usually fifteen minutes.

2

We go find them

We run the ads, answer the applicants, pull licenses on Nursys, and rule out the ones who aren't serious. You never see that part.

3

You interview and hire

Candidates land in your portal with contact details and notes. Call them, hire the ones you like, and the invoice comes on their first day.

Your portal

Every candidate we send lands in one place.

You get a login. Each nurse arrives with a phone number, an email, what we learned on the screen, and whether the license came back clean on Nursys.

Opening a candidate timestamps it, so there is never a disagreement about who was sent or when. Mark the ones you interview and the ones you hire, and download the whole list as a spreadsheet whenever your office needs it.

If somebody we sent doesn't belong in your pipeline, say so in the portal and they come off the record.
